REFUNDS

We are so very appreciative of the enthusiasm you all showed earlier this year when you purchased your ticket packages.  We further appreciate those who booked their accommodations at the host property, The Orleans Hotel and Casino.  We wish the circumstances were different and now that a decision has been made, we have put into place policies to ensure a full and timely refund of your tickets and accommodations at The Orleans. In each case, you have nothing to do, unless you have not received a refund in the time frames listed below:

 

Tickets

 

  • A full refund for the U.S. dollar amount of the ticket package(s) and the Ticketmaster service fee will be automatically provided

  • Refund will only be made to the credit card originally used to purchase the tickets

  • If, for any reason, the credit card used to purchase the tickets is no longer valid, please contact the credit card company/bank to ensure the refund is received and paid to the ticket buyer. The Orleans box office cannot issue a refund to anything other than the original credit card.

  • Please allow up to six weeks to receive the refund

  • If a refund has not been received by then, please email the Orleans box office at arenaboxoffice@boydgaming.com

 

Accommodation Reservations at the Orleans Hotel and Casino

 

  • All room reservations will be automatically cancelled. No need to contact the hotel to do so.

  • The room reservation cancellation is automatic whether you originally booked online or over the phone. Please do not go online to cancel or try to do so through the email confirmation of your reservation you received after booking.

  • A full refund of the U.S. dollar amount will be issued for any deposits paid

  • Refund will only be made to the credit card originally used to book the reservation

  • If, for any reason, the credit card used to book the reservation is no longer valid, please contact the credit card company/bank to ensure the refund is received and properly paid. The Orleans Hotel cannot issue a refund to anything other than the original credit card.

  • Please allow up to three weeks to receive the refund

  • If a refund has not been received by then, please contact Orleans Hotel Room Reservations

  • If you still want to keep the original room reservation despite the postponement of the MERIDIAN Open, please contact the MERIDIAN Open Help Line at 775-964-4980

 

Again, please do not contact the Orleans box office or hotel reservation department, at this time.  As you may imagine, The MERIDIAN Open is just one of many event postponements they are dealing with in a similar fashion.  Only make contact as described above, if a refund has not been realized in the time frame listed.
