When and Where does the 2022 LGT World Men’s Curling Championship take place?

 

April 2-10 at the Orleans Hotel Casino and Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.  The round robin format will take place from April 2-8, with the playoffs taking place on April 9 and the medal games on April 10.

 

How many and what teams will compete in the LGT 2022 World Men’s Curling Championship?

 

13 teams will complete as the lone representative from their home country.  The United States is guaranteed entry as the Host Country.  All other teams will have to qualify through varying play-in events.

 

When do tickets go on sale?

Full-event ticket packages will go on sale to the public Friday, September 24, 2021 at 10:00 am Pacific Time.  Partial event packages and single draw tickets will go on sale later this year.

 

How do I book my Hit & Stay package?

Event tickets and Orleans Hotel & Casino accommodations are sold separately.  A full-event ticket package with all service fees included is US$476.  A ten-night stay, single or double occupancy, at The Orleans Hotel & Casino is US$1,317, which includes all resort fees and taxes.  You will find links to purchase and make reservations on the Ticket/Hotel page of this website.

 

My Orleans room reservation receipt mentions a US$36.15 daily resort fee.  IS that in addition to the resort fees and taxes already itemized on my reservation?

 

NO!  This is just a legal disclaimer of the resort fee.  It is already factored into the itemized amount you will pay after your stay.

I’ve purchased tickets but the border between my home country and the United States is closed.  Can I get a refund?

 

Absolutely and in full.  We completely understand the ongoing pandemic situation and have made arrangements for a full refund In the event of a border closure, so fans can purchase their tickets with confidence.

 

I’ve booked accommodations at the Orleans Hotel and Casino.  What is the cancellation policy?

 

You can cancel your reservation for a full refund of any deposits up to 72 hours prior to your arrival date.
