For attendees of the 2018 World Men’s Curling Championship in Las Vegas, the rigors of the daily routine will be something like this:  Pool, Curling, Pool-Patch, Curling, Pool-Patch, Curling, Indoor Patch...repeat as necessary.

 

From March 31 to April 8, The Orleans Hotel and Casino is being billed as the World’s Curling Oasis and that it will be!  With average daily temperatures in the high 70’s, the atmosphere will be unlike any world curling championship in history.

 

Between the morning/afternoon and afternoon/evening draws, fans will be treated to live music at the Pool-Patch and, of course, a tantalizing

 array of their favourite oasis bevvies.  There will also be daily prizes for best costumes.

 

More of the same will be available following the evening draw, when the Patch will be indoors in the spacious Mardi Gras Ballroom.
